Pre-licensing a copyrighted article means that others have express permission to publish those articles. Publishers are required to retain the author information and links with any article that they publish. This gives the writer an opportunity to have their work spread out - their work which will probably include their web address.How do I submit an article?
To submit an article go to the contact us form. In the comments box write or copy and paste your article. Your article will be reviewed and if published you will receive a link for the page. Almost every article received is published but I do reserve the right to refuse any article.What if I have other questions?
